Do you want this door?

Neither did the homeowner.

This Fairlington resident was overdue for a replacement Storm Door. She knew it. Her children knew it too. They were used to the squeaking, as well as having to be careful when using the storm door to enter the home. Not only was it aesthetically unpleasing, safety was an issue.

The door was in bad shape, so she called FW&D.

After a consultation with FW&D, she ordered a Provia Model 391 Divided Lite Storm Door equipped with an easy close closer, a black curve lever handle (with a deadbolt for safety), and expander jamb to fit the custom width of Fairlington’s door frames.

After the door was installed, FW&D had a chance to speak to the homeowner and this is what she had to say:

“I am so happy with my doors… the happiest camper. My little one went to the back door and said, “Do you hear that mommy?”.

“Hear what?”

“It doesn’t squeak anymore!”
