FW&D personnel have built a solid reputation for integrity, quality of workmanship, timeliness, and an ability to work in harmony with the people and organizations involved in each project.

Owners Ned and Alica Overton have years of experience in the construction industry, Ned on the exterior side and Alica on the interior side. Ned is a retired Prince William County firefighter and worked in the home construction business prior to and during his fire department career. Alica has an art degree, an eye for design, and gives extraordinary attention to detail. She has played a key management role in developing the business and helping to give FW&D the reputation we are so proud to have today.
